Sama Investments, a Birmingham-based Developer and Investor, is bringing forward new proposals to transform 1 Lancaster Circus.

The proposals will transform an underutilised office building, delivering two new towers and landscaping at ground level to create attractive public realm and a new pedestrian link connecting the Jewellery Quarter, Gun Quarter, Aston University, and the city centre. 

The vision includes the delivery of two landmark towers of up to 40 and 50-storeys, which will act as a focal point for the area and help redefine the site as a gateway into the city centre core. 

The redevelopment will be complemented by high-quality new public realm, incorporating extensive biodiversity planting, and a dynamic variety of private and public amenities, including retail.

Our plans will deliver against local ambitions to regenerate the area and catalyse further investment in nearby areas including the Gun Quarter and Knowledge Quarter.
