We have already brought forward numerous schemes across Birmingham, enriching local communities through developments that are sensitive to local heritage while realising their potential. This includes the 520 student-bed Globeworks in the Gun Quarter which has now been built and is operational.
Elsewhere, we have seen approval of our Garrison Circus scheme, delivering 710 student beds and 546 new homes to a prominent brownfield site in Birmingham’s Digbeth Quarter, our 184 student-bed Lawson Street proposals, and 85-bed Brickwork Canalside residential scheme in the heart of Birmingham.
